Check-in & check-out

Check-in at the casino hotel begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure can be requested and are offered whenever availability allows.

Age & identification

  • The lead guest on every casino hotel booking must be at least 21 years old.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a payment card in the guest's name are required at check-in.
  • The Big Top Floor, Carousel Class, Toffee Apple Bar and Foyer Lounge are for guests aged 21 and over. ID may be checked at any time.

Deposits & cancellations

  • The first night's rate is charged as a deposit at booking.
  • Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours, and no-shows, are charged one night.
  • Packages and event rates may carry their own terms, shown at booking.

Children & families

Children stay free in their parents' room using existing bedding. Under-18s must be with an adult at all times, may use Splash Deck until 7:00 PM and cannot enter the casino hotel gaming floor.

Pets

Trained service animals are always welcome. Unfortunately, we can't host other pets.

Smoking

Funfair Foyer is a fully smoke-free casino hotel, including every room and the gaming floor. A designated outdoor area sits beside Lantern Lawn. A $250 cleaning fee applies for smoking in rooms.

Parking

Valet is free for overnight casino hotel guests. Day visitors can use valet or self-parking at posted rates. EV chargers are on garage level one.

Accessibility

Accessible rooms offer roll-in showers, visual alarms and lowered fixtures, with step-free routes to every public space. Tell us your needs when booking so we can prepare.
